Smok novo 2 not charging

So I recently picked up a Novo about a month ago and it was a great device working fine just until recently. I have taken great care of the device and all of a sudden it just stopped working to the point where it wont register me inhaling into the device, but it is still alive because it has a red light that doesnt change it when I plug it in.

The novo as a device hits amazing and is solidly built. The only negatives are the autofire and only airflow on pod is directly above the contacts. If you can keep it dry it will be amazing. Otherwise you'll have to get a new one every 2 months give or take.
